    Getting help from our qualified Techs is easy:

  • Can I book an appointment for someone to come to me today?

    Technical issues are frustrating. We know! That is why we always respond the same day so that we could assist you immediately with your concerns.

    Just give us a call at (785) 260-7878 or book an appointment online, and we’ll send someone right to your home to assist you!

  • Can I speak to my assigned Tech in advance to further discuss my IT issues?

    After scheduling an appointment, your assigned Tech will call you a few minutes or hours after booking your appointment to confirm your needs and appointment time and location.

    In rare cases, it may take a bit longer. Nonetheless, we promise that your Tech will always reach out to you.

  • What if my assigned Techdid not show up to our scheduled appointment?

    This happens rarely, but in the event, your assigned Tech does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and does not inform you about running late, then please give us a call at (785) 260-7878 to let us know.

    We will do our best to find a backup Tech to assist you with your needs.

  • What if I need assistance on something not listed as one of your services?

    If you require assistance on a service you don’t see listed on our website, just give us a call at (785) 260-7878 and tell us what it is you need help with. We will check if we have a Tech who is highly qualified to assist you with your concern.

    We will be offering additional services in the near future and are constantly recruiting qualified Techs to provide these services.

  • How much does a Tech cost?

  • How do I pay my Tech?

    On-site Services
    For on-site services, you may pay securely by credit card via techteams.net before your appointment schedule.

    Online Services
    For online services, payment is needed before services are performed. You may pay securely by credit card via techteams.net.

  • If my Tech is able to fix my concern to my satisfaction immediately, am I still billed the full rate?

    For services listed on our website, we charge a flat rate regardless of how long the job requires to complete.

    Note: Sometimes a Tech discovers the job is larger than what is originally understood. In those cases, we will inform you and adjust the pricing accordingly before the additional work is performed.

  • How much do I pay for services not listed on the Tech Teams website?

    There is a 2-hour minimum for on-site services not listed on the website. Hence, if the service is completed to your satisfaction in less than 2 hours, it will still result in you paying the full rate. Service time exceeding the minimum will be billed by the quarter hour, rounded up.

    For example, if a Tech comes over to your house and fixes the IT issue within 1 hour and 30 minutes, then you will still be billed the minimum 2 hours.

    However, if your Tech has completed the service in 2 hours and 36 minutes, then you will be billed for 2 hours and 45 minutes.

  • I want to book another appointment with a specific Tech, how can I book that person?

    Give us a call at (785) 260-7878, and we will check if your preferred Tech is available.

    Please note that for your safety and security, do not book a Tech outside of the proper booking channels (Tech Teams website and phone number). Doing so may result in an experience that cannot and will not be covered by Tech Teams.
