Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide excellent service to you and the rest of our clients. In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have a Cancellation and Reschedule Policy that allows us to efficiently schedule for all clients.
When a time slot is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you, and our Tech will no longer be able to accept other valuable jobs on that time slot. In line with this, we pay our Techs for cancelled or rescheduled appointments with short notice, so we greatly appreciate your understanding.
